This covers the range of activities that help young people to become more self-reliant and better able to manage their personal and career development. Most students will continue to explore different career options into the sixth form and beyond so rather than focusing on choosing a specific job, our programme is designed to give girls the knowledge, skills and confidence to make good decisions throughout their careers.
