Hello, my name is Ramazan Selçuk.
From 4th June until 30th June 2018, I was a volunteer in Finland, Kokkola trough the European Voluntary Service (EVS). It was one of the best experiences in my life. I had a great time being a volunteer there. There were nine more volunteers from five different countries. Together we had so much fun. The other volunteers were very sincere. The facts that I got accepted to the project, received my passport and applied for visa are all valuable and important experiences for me.
Through this project, I visited four countries and a lot of cities and got friends for life.
Our project was to create a walkway made with cute little trolls for the children at the Villa Elba, International Youth Centre. The design and setup were completely made by us participants and we were passionate while working on the project. We had so much pleasure and it was a productive time for us. I was 26 days there and now I plan to make the voluntary service for a longer time.
I applied for the EVS and got accepted.
