anvas Wall Hangings

Create your own wall hanging by simply attaching a graphic print to a canvas (you can buy these from your local discount store very cheaply). Use a staple fun to attach and stretch over the frame for a cool hanging. For more fun, use a few different fabrics sewing together vertically and stretch over the frame and staple down. I wil pop an example of this on the website shortly.

ed Runners

A plan doona cover can look amazing with just a simple to make bed runner thrown over the edge. Use a graphic print mixed with plain fabric to create a runner to match cushions, use the idea in the smaller cushion shown in the image and add various pieces of print and plain fabric to create a bed runner. You can also keep it simple and just have the print fabric on the top and the plain on the back.

B

ags

This fabric makes a fabulous material for tote bags, you can line with plain or contrast fabrics, you can use the black linen on the back of the bag and print on the front. It would look great with a webbing strap, that would complement the strong look of the print. You could make them in part felt so they are strong or line with a canvas for strength. It would also make great lining fabric with a different tougher fabric on the outside.

B

able ware

Wouldn't these look great as placemats or a tablerunner? Back with black linen, but a zip near the side of the fabric, you could even create a space to keep a knife and fork in the side with a zip...
