PROJECT-BASED LEARNING IN GRADE 2 ENGLISH
We learn English through working on various projects. We explore each theme through songs, games, hands-on crafts, group work, role-plays, and writing activities.
In September, we started working on our International Project with a school in England. It’ s fun and interesting to learn about a different culture. We wrote letters and sent cards to our friends in England. We made a traditional Turkish dessert, mosaic cake and wrote the recipe to send to England.
We are excited to share our photos from our Halloween celebrations. We dressed up and played party games! Learning about celebrations in other countries helps us to appreciate different cultures.
