Cert states ‘genuine horizontal pair of Scott 740, without
horizontal perforations.’ Vertical pair without horizontal perfs
catalogs for $1,750 hinged. Although never hinged, fine
apearance with couple light adhesions. (1994 PF Cert
#280852).
Useful substitute for listed error, light blind perfs within design
of top stamp. Original gum, lightly hinged. Large vertical gum
bend, just fine. Imperforate between pair catalogs $4,000.
