he Mauritian tourism industry has always been at the forefront of sustainable
development with an environment charter initiated by AHRIM since 2003.
SERVICE A LA FRANCAISE wishes to contribute, in its own way, to the environmental
protection of Mauritius. Each “Meilleur Ouvrier de France” will integrate a sustainable
environment component in their respective training program. In addition, SERVICE A
LA FRANCAISE "Journey towards Professional Excellence" passports will also include a
sustainable development component.
