TIPS FOR GOOD MEETING
Let the mee� ng be brief and frame it for 60 minutes. Strictly observe the � mings.
Ensure arrangements of venue, mike, dais ligh� ng, Photographer, chief guests, caterer, mementos, garlands.( Assign responsibili� es to individual members). Bring out special circular and make telephone calls for larger and � mely a� endance.
Use Protocol blocks for seats to avoid confusion on the dais.
Prepare speeches of Club Memebers and rehearse them to accomplish � me factor. A part from President, no other member need recognize string of dignitaries.
Other members should recognize the presiding officer first, which ever rank may be the Chief Guest.
Instruct Board Members not to volunteer to answer or ask ques� ons unless requested by President or with the permission of president during Board Mee� ng.
