Our mission is to provide education , tools and resources promoting the highest standards among managers , business partners , homeowners and board members for the benefit of all community associations in the Sarasota , Manatee and DeSoto Counties .
Our membership includes condominium , cooperative , and homeowner associations as well as manager members and those who provide services and products to associations . As one of the most active chapters in the nation , we have greater than 1000 members !
