And so ended an epic trip that almost wasn’t. Lesotho is a special place, even more so when blessed with good rains such as those that almost canned our trip.
Water is incredibly precious and the Basotho get that - they even greet each other with the blessing Khotso, Pula, Nala. Peace, prosperity and rain; interdependent as it should be. I like to think that every now and then (especially standing with a fly rod in a Lesotho stream) I get that too.
