Pennsylvania Dental Journal editor Dr . Steve Radack invited the dental school deans of our Commonwealth to provide their perspectives about the factors driving workforce issues related to dental schools , faculty and the future of the profession . Dr . Radack and PDJ associate editors Drs . Karin Brian , Malini Moni and Jasmine Shafagh posed questions on a wide range of topics .
