Owned by Gennie-Anne Woodall, she was purchased from breeders Cliff and Mareeka Wallace at the 2015 Landmark Classic Sale Tamworth as a 2 year old. ‘Pete’ was selected for her exceptional performance pedigree and she had the ‘Spunk’ her owner Gennie was looking for. She’s a kind but tough little mare with a stand out personality who is sensible, easy to get a long with and can be ridden by anyone. This year’s winner is the beautiful black mare “Petas Destiny” (Foaled 4/10/12) sired by Acres Destiny out ‘Pete’ and Jon started training together in February 2016 and after four months she returned home for loncurry Stockman’s Challenge Champions are ‘Petas Destiny’ and rider Jon Templeton.
