PADPAC FUNDRAISERS IN 2016
An advantage of becoming a PADPAC member is meeting with legislators
who shape your profession. Throughout the year, PADPAC is represented
at political fundraisers throughout the state. These fundraisers serve as
opportunities to discuss our concerns about dentistry in Pennsylvania.
PADPAC High Donor Receptions held in
Pittsburgh and Philadelphia
PADPAC enjoyed an excellent turnout for our high donor receptions in
Pittsburgh and Philadelphia. PADPAC members who contributed $500
(Capitol Club level) or more were invited to these events, which served as
an opportunity to meet with legislators and staff. The receptions were held
at PNC Park in Pittsburgh during a Pirates game on Thursday, July 8, and at
Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia during a Phillies game on Thursday, July 21.
Among attendees at our legislative receptions were Sen. Camera Bartolotta
(R – Washington), Rep. Becky Corbin (R – Chester), Rep. Dan Deasy
(D – Allegheny), Sen. John Eichelberger (R – Cambria), Rep. Lee James
(R – Venango), Rep. Keith Greiner (R – Lancaster), Rep. Steve Mentzer
(R – Lancaster), Sen. Pat Stefano (R – Fayette), Sen. Tommy Tomlinson
(R – Bucks), and Sen. Elder Vogel (R – Beaver).
