For some , this was their first trip to the capital city of Pennsylvania . For others , they were familiar with the ‘ Burg and knew what to expect at the Capitol : harried legislators and staff with an overloaded schedule , salivating lobbyists and reporters desperate to catch them on the run , exasperated parents chaperoning their wayward children on school field trips and members of other organizations also trying to have their voices heard . Why , you might ask , should one bother to come to Harrisburg to discuss anything with lawmakers ? the answer is simple : they remember .
