When I first contacted Lisa on the phone she was so delighted to hear that I wanted to
include her art in the magazine and I was to. What came after was and still is hillari-
ous, she said “I thought you was a girl, you have such a great eye” as she told me how
she has been stalking the magazine Instagram profile. She express how impress she was
with the imagery of fashion. Then when she invited me to speak with her in person in
her boutique I was amaze by her style of design which to me truly captures caribbean
fashion. The colors are so rich like the fruit from a mango tree and the flowing lines
remind me of the ocean which is really calming.
