Todd ’ s level of customer service goes above and beyond . A couple of months ago we sold a gorgeous beach house in Monarch Bay to our clients . Shortly after escrow closed and before our clients moved in , we noticed that birds would congregate at the property . As anyone who spends time at the beach knows , birds love a great perch , and they can be messy ! Todd would get on his hands and knees to clean the bird poop every time before our clients arrived . He thought it was important that they got to enjoy the view on a clean deck !
