Throughout the year, Brandi has demonstrated the leadership, dedication, and enthusiasm that make AAMD events successful. As Chair of the Networking Council, she helps create welcoming and engaging opportunities for members to connect.
Her leadership especially stood out at the 3rd Annual Pickleball Tournament, where she kept teams organized, schedules on track, and the event running smoothly— all while bringing a positive and welcoming attitude.
Brandi’ s commitment goes far beyond one event. Her willingness to volunteer, support fellow members, and give her time to AAMD reflects the true spirit of leadership and service.

The success of Apartments Giving Back Day Spring Clean extended beyond the event itself, thanks to volunteers like Jorge Oqueli.
When projects needed additional attention, Jorge stepped up— returning to complete installations, handling finishing touches, and staying in communication with Family Homestead to ensure everything was done right.

You ' ll hear how each panelist found their path, the experiences and decisions that helped shape their career, and what they wish they had known when they were starting out. Most importantly, this is your opportunity to ask questions, explore different specialties, and discover career paths you may not have considered.
