VOLUNTARY BAR CONFERENCE- AUG. 2026
Carla Tharp-Brown, PBCBA Executive Director and Wayne Richter, NCS Past President were appointed by Sia Baker- Barnes, Past President of the Florida Bar and Past President of PBCBA, to spearhead the 2026 Voluntary Bar Leadership Conference. It was an honor to bring this statewide conference back to Palm Beach County after over a decade. The conference was held at the Opal Grand Resort in Delray Beach. The survey results received by this year’ s attendees were outstanding. Educational programming received outstanding evaluations across every category. Networking continued to be one of the conference ' s strongest assets. These results confirm that the conference continues to fulfill its mission of educating, connecting, and strengthening Florida ' s voluntary bar leaders. Be sure to be on the lookout for information regarding next year’ s conference.
