Starting January 2026, buildings with 500 occupants or 100 people above or below the exit discharge floor must have an FSA and an all-hazard Emergency Action Plan.

Water Heater Repair Fundamentals
There are two main types of water heaters: gas and electric. Both are basically the same except that gas water heaters have a gas burner at the bottom and a flue vent at the top, and electric water heaters have electric heating elements inside the tank.
This seminar will cover the fundamentals of each system and common water heater problems and solutions.

HVAC: Types of Heating & Preventative Maintenance
Apartment communities have four main types of heating:
Electric baseboard heating, electric furnace heating, gas furnace heating, and hydronic heating. This course contains a little general science, a little mechanical reasoning, and a good dose of practical application to help you tackle the most common issues related to each heating system.

Nationally recognized certification course in pool operation
Keeping your pool, sauna or spa in top working condition ensures the longevity of your asset and the safety of your residents. By attending this course and becoming a Certified Pool Operator ®( CPO) the persons responsible for maintaining your pool, sauna or spa will have a better understanding of the laws and basic upkeep techniques of pool and spa operations.
The CPO certification course requires participation in the two-day certification program taught by a certified CPO instructor and will provide individuals with the basic knowledge, techniques, and skills of pool and spa operations and maintenance. The CPO certification program requires a passing score in the open book written examination. The CPO certification is valid for five years.
