Low Fat Freeze Pops for Pups Beat the heat with this treat! Ingredients:
• 3 cups fat-free organic broth( chicken, beef, or veggie)
• 1 / 4 cup plain organic kefir
Instructions:
1) Mix ingredients together and blend well in a blender set on low until mixture is smooth( about 30 seconds)
2) Pour the mixture into an ice cube tray and freeze.
3) Freeze pops will be ready to serve in several hours!
