WHAT INSPIRED YOU TO MOVE INTO PRODUCT CREATION? Since starting my business, I’ ve experienced firsthand the challenges and pain points that come with floral cupcake decorating because I’ ve been there in the thick of it. Over time, I realised there were key products missing in this niche, tools and packaging that could make the process easier, more beautiful, and more enjoyable. I saw a gap in the market and felt inspired to create solutions, not just for myself but now mainly for other decorators as well. Being in Australia, we often miss out on certain products, so developing my own range here was a way to bring those possibilities closer to home.
DO YOU HAVE ANY ADVICE TO SHARE WITH CAKE DECORATORS / BAKERS THAT WOULD LIKE TO EXPAND? If you have the opportunity, follow your dreams wholeheartedly. If you spot a gap in the market, don’ t be afraid to go for it— we need innovators like us, people who have been in the thick of it and truly understand what’ s missing or needed.
2026 will be an exciting year. I’ m focusing on developing more innovative products, collaborating with incredible businesses and dedicating more time to mentoring and educating.
- And my biggest piece of advice to anyone, no matter where you are in your journey: do what makes you happy and keeps you healthy in both mind and body.
