Place your 55mm circle cutter onto the acetate sheet and spoon 1 tablespoon of melted Colourmelts into the cutter.

While holding your circle cutter in place, tap the tray gently on the counter to flatten and even out the surface of the melts. If there’ s a little bit of leakage, that means your cutter isn’ t sitting flush against the surface. That’ s ok, simply wipe away the excess with a dry paint brush, or if there’ s heavy leaking adjust your acetate sheet so it sits flatter.
Step 5 Pop the tray into the freezer for 4 minutes to firm up the Colourmelts. Avoid leaving them in longer, otherwise they’ ll develop condensation when they come back to room temperature.
