EARLEASE ALEXANDER CELEBRATES 25 YEARS AT AAMD !
Last month , we proudly celebrate and recognized Earlease Alexander for her 25th anniversary with AAMD ! As our Director of Accounting , Earlease has been a true rockstar for AAMD in countless ways . But her most remarkable asset is her infectious smile and laughter , which never fail to brighten our days and lighten the mood . Earlease embodies coolness and has brought immense joy to our team and organization . If you hear laughter echoing through the halls of the Association office , it ' s likely coming from something warm or funny that Earlease said or did .
Earlease ' s work ethic is second to none . Over her 25 years with AAMD and CAA , she has tracked , invoiced , and collected tens of millions of dollars . She approaches her work with unparalleled focus , integrity , professionalism , and trustworthiness , all while maintaining a great sense of humor . As the longesttenured employee in the Association ' s 56-year history , Earlease has worked alongside countless volunteers and staff members . If you asked any former or current AAMD employee or volunteer what they love about the Apartment Association , working with Earlease would be high on that list .
AAMD honored this remarkable milestone earlier this summer at June Awards , where Earlease received a welldeserved standing ovation . " Tonight , we commemorate a very special 25-year anniversary ," said Amie . " Earlease Alexander has been an integral part of our AAMD family , tirelessly supporting our endeavors with a smile that lights up the room . She is one of the hardest working and kindest souls within the organization ."
When you ' ve been around and done so much good , you tend to collect a few nicknames . Earlease is affectionately known as " EZ " or " EZ Money " because she ' s so easy to get along with and always " on the money !"
Earlease is not just a dedicated professional but also a family-driven person , both within AAMD and at home . She and her wonderful husband Billy have been married for over 42 years and have four amazing children and nine beautiful grandchildren . We are incredibly grateful to the Alexander family for sharing Earlease with us for these 25 years .
