Step 27 Use a small brush to apply a small amount of water into the hole to act as glue . Place the ivory fondant ball into the hole , then gently press it down with your balling tool . Flatten and dent the ivory ball to create an outer lip .
Step 28 Scrunch up a small piece of alumimum foil and use this to texture your fondant stem mark .
Step 29 Lastly , let ’ s add some colouring to your stem mark ! Add a drop of ivory gel colour to a bowl and add in a smidge of water to thin out the colouring . Use your small pointed brush to dab this colour over your stem mark . Aim for an uneven application to enhance the texture and let the colour naturally build up for the most realistic effect !
