The members of the Independent Rental Owners Council ( IROC ) have been busy ! In August , CBRE hosted an informative market update . The September meeting followed up with legislative updates , as well as an expert panel who provided advice on how to improve NOI at the property . We are gearing up for our signature event , IROCtoberfest on October 24 , 2023 4:00-6:00pm at AAMD .

IROCtoberfest has been an IROC tradition since 2018 , and it is IROC ' s largest attended event of the year !
Get your lederhosen and dirndls ready for an exciting afternoon filled with festive games , authentic food , entertainment , cash prizes , and of course , beer tasting ! Supplier Partners and Sponsors , who specialize in serving the Independent
Rental Owner will serve up German bier and wein at their booths , and they ' ll be on hand to answer questions about their services / products .
There will be bonus points and door prizes for those who show up in costume . This event is free for IROC members .
