Using the Dollar Sweets Food Colours , use just a tiny drop to colour some White Fondant . I used approx . 100g for each colour .
Roll the fondant into long strips of equal thickness . These can be rolled out thinly , I used a Pasta Machine to ensue each strip was even . Using a scalpel blade , cut out strips that will be long enough to place around the rainbow . Using a brush , place a small amount of piping gel or sugar glue onto the outer edge of the white rainbow . Pick up your strip and carefully place it around the rainbow .

Repeat this same process with the other strips . Roll out the pink coloured fondant to the same thickness as the previous colours . Use a heart cutter to cut out some shapes . Using a small amount of the glue , place the hearts in between the strips . Leave your completed rainbow to dry .
