Our primary practice area is class and collective actions for unpaid overtime . We are looking to add another associate with approximately 2 to 5 years of litigation experience .
The candidate to be smart and hardworking and competitive and able to multi-task in a very fast paced practice , and have a good positive attitude . Depo coverage experience is a plus as is federal court experience as our cases generally proceed in federal court .
Key Skills – primarily will be assigned to work with one of our partners and be the right-hand person to work many cases together , so just being a great responsible teammate and will learn a ton thru getting in the middle of many substantial cases .
