Dear members of St . Johns ,
Greetings from the Golf Shop Team ! Signups have already started for the Club Championship on September 11-12th . If you are interested in playing , you can either sign up through Golf Genius , the Member Website or stop in the Golf Shop . Remember , bragging rights and a parking spot are on the line making this always a very fun and competitive event ! We are looking forward to seeing who the winners are this year .
The Competition Committee has been formed for the 2021-22 golf season and already held its first meeting . In that meeting it was decided to change the Saturday and Wednesday game formats from an “ adjustable ” quota system to a more traditional format with the player ’ s quota being calculated off their current course handicap . Please feel free to reach out to myself or the golf shop with any questions that you might have !
I would like to thank you all for your kind words and concern while I was away . It meant a lot to me knowing that I was missed and that you were wishing me a speedy recovery .
