LETTER FROM THE GENERAL MANAGER
The month of August was another busy month for the facility . The Clubhouse and Pool House painting is nearly completed , over 50 cart path pads have been replaced throughout the course , and the electricity / water fountain / bottle filler has been added to hole # 14 restroom . Last week , we broke ground on the driving range tee box renovation which should be completed around Mid- November .
As a friendly reminder , one of the perks of being a member of our facility is the ability to book your tee time reservation in advance .
• Platinum & Gold Members can book 30 days in advance
• Silver Members can book 7 days in advance
If there is ever a time when you are unable to make a tee time reservation , we will do our best to accommodate you . Often , our Golf Professionals can work in a group of members even if the tee sheet is full . Additionally , we have Pro-to-Pro relationships with other facilities that are happy to assist our members . Please reach out to Ricky Weber if you are ever need assistance booking a tee time . We are here to help !
Since the CDD purchased the facility nearly 5 years ago , there has been no change in The Club ’ s fee structure . Our team has worked diligently since 2017 to shield members and guests from the rising cost of running a business . Over the next year , we are expecting significant increases in the cost associated with operating our facility . To offset these increases , it is imperative that we adjust pricing . Effective November 1st ( October 31st billing ) we will be implementing price increases on the following : membership dues , trail fees , cart fees , and golf fees . We understand that any increase to pricing is not ideal , however it is essential to continue delivering a great experience to both our members and guests . Listed below is the close estimate to the fee structure changes : Platinum & Gold Dues – 3 % increase Cart Fees and Trail Fees – 5 % increase Silver Dues – 6 % increase Social Dues – 5 % increase Non-Member Green Fees - $ 70 Weekday / $ 85 Weekend For additional questions regarding the fee structure , please email memberships @ eaglebrooke . com .
As many of you know , Indigo Golf Partners is now owned by Troon Golf . With this change , comes perks for our facility . We recently enrolled Eaglebrooke in the Troon Advantage Program . This program offers our Full Golf members discounted access to other properties in the Troon family of courses . More detailed information can be found by visiting https :// www . troon . com / memberprograms / troon-advantage /. If you need assistance with booking a reservation at another facility , Ricky Weber & I will be happy to assist you .
During the month of October , we will be mailing out Guest Passes to our Golf Members . A guest pass will allow our members to bring out a nonmember at a $ 26 cart fee rate . Platinum and Gold Members will receive 6 guest passes , and Silver Members will receive 2 passes .
Congratulations to the Boggan ’ s & Patterson ’ s on winning the Pot of Gold drawings in August . As a friendly reminder , all annual members are eligible to win the prize . The drawing takes place every Wednesday at 6:00pm , and you must be present to WIN .
