INTRODUCTION San Lameer Villa Rentals is a subsidiary company of the Homeowners Association ( HOA ) and is situated in San Lameer at the Estate Office . The operations of Villa Rentals are overseen by the directors of the HOA .

An inspection before any guest arrival and an inspection after the departure of your guests ( up to 4 arrivals and departures per month ). Feedback will be given on any noticeable breakages with the assistance of your private domestic staff Geyser and Gas – switch on prior to ( up to 4 ) arrivals and switch off after ( up to 4 ) departures per month .
May I please introduce myself : My name is Marieta Badenhorst and I am the Villa Rentals manager . I would like to inform you about services that we will be offering from 1 October 2020 to owners whose villas are not in our rental pool .
Owning a holiday villa in San Lameer gives one many years of fulfilled holidays with memories that last a life time . Therefor these times should be enjoyed and not spent by fixing things or doing chores when one is here to relax . Villa Rentals will now be offering our owners peace of mind knowing that their property is being taken care of 24 / 7 , with the utmost attention . With our years of property management experience , we want to extend our onsite service to home owners that don ' t want to rent through Villa Rentals , but need someone to look after their investment while they are away at their prime residences .
We have the following 2 options :
BASIC MONTHLY MANAGEMENT FEE – R450 1 x Monthly visit and feedback given ( any faults noted are photographed and communicated to you by email ) on :
Ÿ Overall appearance and maintenance of the exterior of the unit
Ÿ Cleanliness of the interior
Ÿ Test appliances and lights
Ÿ Check for leaks or other defects
Ÿ Inspect swimming pool and garden ( we don ' t test or clean , we only report on the condition of the pool )
Ÿ Assist with purchasing of monthly cleaning materials with Ramsgate Spar or Woolworths
Ÿ Property check-up after storm
Ÿ Report insurance claims
ADVANCE MONTHLY MANAGEMENT FEE – R1200 2 x Monthly visits and feedback given ( any faults noted are photographed and communicated to you by email ) on :
Ÿ Overall appearance and maintenance of the exterior of the unit
Ÿ Cleanliness of the interior
Ÿ Test appliances and lights
Ÿ Check for leaks or other defects
Ÿ Inspect swimming pool and garden ( we don ' t test or clean , we only report on the condition of the pool )
Ÿ Assist with purchasing monthly cleaning materials with Ramsgate Spar or Woolworths
Ÿ Property check-up after storm
Ÿ Report insurance claims
ADDITIONAL SERVICES Additional services at an extra cost of R250 per hour ( includes first hour and 1 visit if needed )
Ÿ Assist with quotes for maintenance
Ÿ Opening for contractors requiring access of villa
Ÿ Inspection of contractor ' s work
Ÿ After hour assistance with emergencies
Ÿ Purchasing of standard cutlery , crockery and white linen
Ÿ Replacement of batteries and globes

This service will be available from 1 October 2020 . If you are interested please send me an email to marieta . villaren @ sanlameer . co . za . You will be requested to sign a Memorandum of Agreement ( cancellation period 30 days ) and debit order . Payments are strictly 1 month in advance .
