ADULT BASICS
The adult curriculum is designed
for the beginning adult skater.
Lessons are a healthy, enjoyable
way to achieve a fit and healthy
lifestyle. Lessons promote physical
fitness and improve balance and
coordination while learning proper
skating techniques.

For Skaters in Basic 5-Pre-Free
Skate. Advanced curriculum classes
are designed to complement and
enhance the skills skaters are
learning in their Basic Skills or Free
Skate classes. Skaters will learn
additional skills at an accelerated
pace and benefit through extra
instruction and time on the ice. For
