YOUTH DEVELOPMENT HOCKEY –
INTERMEDIATE
For Skaters that have graduated
from the Beginner program, can get
from one end of the studio to the
other without falling or obtained
permission from the hockey director.
The class will involve striding, gliding
and snowplow stopping. They will
be introduced to sticks & pucks.

RAPID HOCKEY CIRCUIT
Come join us in a fast-paced
hockey training circuit using the Ice
Center's newest training equipment,
RapidShot and RapidHands.
RapidShot and RapidHands are
patented hockey training systems
that lead the way in hockey skills
training and analytics. RapidShot
automatically passes and collects
pucks at different speeds and
intervals to train the player in
different shot types and work on
reaction time, shot speed and
accuracy. RapidHands uses a
monitor to direct the player to
stickhandle over different spots
while measuring accuracy and
speed. Each player will rotate
through stations consisting of the
RapidShot system, the RapidHands
systems and off-ice conditioning
equipment. Fee is $45 for every four
week session.
