WORKING TOGETHER TO STAY SAFE! • Monitor your symptoms and take your temperature before arriving to programming/park district facilities • Stay home if you aren’t feeling well, have been exposed to someone with COVID-19 or are awaiting COVID-19 test results (or someone in your household) • Use hand sanitizer (or wash your hands) immediately when entering our facility, during your stay and upon exiting • Alert district staff if you test positive for COVID-19 and you (or someone in your household) are registered for a program or visited the facility 48 hours prior to becoming sick or getting tested • Wear a face covering when visiting facilities as much as possible • Avoid contact (more than 10 minutes) with others who are less than six feet apart from you • Use proper cough and sneeze etiquette • Use hand sanitizer before and after use of our outdoor playgrounds • Avoid touching your face with unwashed hands • Practice good hand washing hygiene often • Clean high-touch surfaces (if visiting our fitness center) before and after use • Limit travel outside of your home and follow Cook County Department of Public Health Travel Guidance when leaving the state • Consider registering/booking/pre-paying your visit online (or over the phone) as much as possible prior to arriving • Bring your own basic supplies/equipment needed (water bottle, towel, etc) as not all amenities at our facilities are currently being offered • Carry-in/carry-out: to help with keeping our facilities clean, consider bringing all trash with you after enjoying our facilities/parks • Follow rules/guidance posted at our facilities
