GLENVIEW PARK DISTRICT VISION STATEMENT: A community in which everyone enjoys happiness, health, and an appreciation for the environment on a daily basis The Glenview Park District’s Board of Park Commissioners meets on the fourth Thursday evening of each month at 7 pm at Park Center, 2400 Chestnut Ave., unless otherwise noted. BOARD OF PARK COMMISSIONERS The Board of Park Commissioners consists of seven elected members who serve unsalaried six-year terms. The board sets priorities and defines the policies for financing, governance, operation and administration of the district.
