September 2016 Race Season: A big thank-you to everyone that supported our clinics and staff over the race season. We are pleased to report there were no evacuations over the Birdsville races, just coughs, colds, mosquito bites and the odd broken bone. To all our travelling visitors thanks for visiting the Diamantina but don’t forget you need to have extra supplies of medications should our roads be affected by rain. This includes anything you purchase from the pharmacy without prescription e.g paracetamol, neurofen, anti-histamines.
