A Year I’ ll Never Forget!
As my year as your WSCA Queen comes to an end, I find myself feeling so many emotions. Mostly gratitude … but also a little sadness that this incredible chapter is coming to a close.
When I look back at this past year, I can honestly say it has been one of the greatest blessings of my life. I have had the opportunity to travel, represent WSCA, meet so many amazing people, cheer on riders, make new friendships, reconnect with old ones, and experience things I never could have imagined when I first dreamed of becoming Queen.
There have been long days, busy weekends, miles on the road, early mornings and late nights- but I wouldn’ t trade a single one of them. Every horse show, every parade, every clinic, every special event, every conversation and every hug has left a little piece of this year in my heart.
Being your Queen has been so much more than wearing a crown and sash. It has been about serving, encouraging, representing an organization I love, and hopefully being a positive light to the youth and families who make WSCA so special.
