Step 7:
Tint your icing and develop into a hybrid consistancy( Fox: orange and white)( Raccoon: black, grey and white). Draw a plan onto your cookie.
Step 8:
Cut a small tip off the piping bag and outline your cookies ensuring you go around the marked joint areas you did at Step 1.
Step 9:
Cut a bigger tip off the end of the piping bag to‘ flood’ the cookie. Use your icing scribe to move the icing around and pop any air bubbles
Step 10:
Add your sugar eyes and any additional details using a thicker black icing. You can also add coconut to make them look furry. Set aside to dry for upto 8 hours.
