decorate with Fondant
 You will need:
 • Fondant and Royal Icing( for next page)
 • Gell Food Colouring
 • Corn Flour
 • Icing Scribe
 • Sugar Eyes
 Step 1:
 Slot your cookie pieces together and mark where the cookies overlap in the joints. You won’ t ice these sections.
 Step 2:
 Tint your fondant( fox: orange and white)( Raccoon: Black, Grey and white)
 Step 3:
 Dust a non stick mat with cornflour and roll out your fondant to a desired thickness. Press your fondant using your cookie cutters.

 Using a sharp knife, cut the additional area you marked out on your cookie. This is an important step to ensure the cookies slot together.
 Add fondant details using a sharp knife.
 Use water as a‘ glue’ to stick your fondant to the cookie.
