Cookie Recipe

Ingredients
• 200g unsalted butter, softened
• 3 / 4 cup castor sugar
• 1 / 2 tsp vanilla essence
• 1 egg
• 2.5 Tbs cornflour
• 2.5 cup plain flour
Directions
• Cream butter and castor sugar using a paddle attachement. Add vanilla essence and egg and combine. Add cornflour and plain flour and mix until the dough comes togther. The sides of the bowl should be clean.
• Roll out to pieces of glad wrap. Roll dough into a ball. Cut down the centre and place each half on the cling wrap. Flatten into a disk. Wrap in clingwrap. Place in fridge.
