Cookie Recipe

Ingredients
• 200g unsalted butter , softened
• 3 / 4 cup castor sugar
• 1 / 2 tsp vanilla essence
• 1 egg
• 2.5 Tbs cornflour
• 2.5 cup plain flour
Directions
• Cream butter and castor sugar using a paddle attachement . Add vanilla essence and egg and combine . Add cornflour and plain flour and mix until the dough comes togther . The sides of the bowl should be clean .
• Roll out to pieces of glad wrap . Roll dough into a ball . Cut down the centre and place each half on the cling wrap . Flatten into a disk . Wrap in clingwrap . Place in fridge .
