Welcome to our third issue of Cake ! Magazine for 2021 !
This theme is all about METALLICS , featuring many great tutorials and inspirational images to help you create your next metallic creation .
In this issue with interview Mark Smith of Custom Cookie Cutters ( page 53 ), who shares his story of how he started the business from a spare bedroom in his house , to now having grown to a team of 18 staff and moved into their own factory .
We also feature a gorgeous tutorial with cutters by Hattie & Mouse , a talented cookie cutter designer , working in collaboration with Mark and his team from Custom Cookie Cutters . We love these new cutters and it is a pleasure to feature them in our magazine ( see page 29 for tutorial ).
Amber Comadira-Smith joins us with her regular Cake ! Magazine column on page 62 , discussing how to use the KISS method with your designs !
