10. COVID-19 IMPACT
Refer to the integrated report of Senwes for information relating to the impact of Covid-19 on the group and mitigating steps taken.
11. EVENTS AFTER THE REPORTING PERIOD
Senwes was involved in negotiations regarding the acquisition of a controlling interest in Suidwes Landbou. Approval has been
obtained from the Competition Commission and the shareholders of Suidwes Landbou. Senwes is awaiting approval from the
Competition Tribunal.
Except for the above, management is not aware of any other event that have occurred from the statement of financial position
date and up to the date of this report.
12. DATE FOR AUTHORISATION AND ISSUE OF FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
A mandate was given to the chairman of the audit committee only, to approve any adjustments to the financial statements after the
date of approval by the directors on 14 July 2020.
