Senwes Equipment : Challenge Training
During the month of September , Challenge successfully concluded a series of training sessions within all the mechanisation branches of Senwes Equipment . Challenge , as a leading manufacturer of power transmission products , together with the support of Senwes Equipment , deemed it necessary to impart basic training knowledge of general mechanical engineering parts , such as bearings , chains , v-belts , etcetera to all front- line staff .

The objective of the training was to
equip staff with knowledge and allow them to feel confident in order to interact with the farmer on a one-to-one basis , problem solving and being able to access the requirements of engineering parts as and when required .
The training sessions were done in a very informal manner and were well received by those who attended .
Challenge firmly believes in a structured training and development programme which will ensure that all mechanisation staff will have a continued consistent experience and background knowledge . Together , this will not only cement a longterm supplier / customer investment , but will also ensure that farmers will continue to source all their mechanical engineering parts from a “ One Stop Shop ”, knowing that all their requirements will be met with a good brand , quality and service .
