According to Herbert, Senwes is
one of the top agricultural companies. “The service offered by them
covers the total farming spectrum
- from retail outlets to grain storage facilities, advice, financing and
mechanisation. You get the fullhouse from Senwes.” He believes
that that Senwes is very compe
titive and that it understands the
needs of the producer. “Senwes
offeres a good package.”
JOHN DEERE IS HIS CHOICE
With seven John Deere tractors,
one John Deere sprayer and a John
Deere harvester he is obviously
green. His intention is to expand
on the current fleet. The choice
is an easy one - John Deere is a
world leader. Senwes is a huge
John Deere agent and the availability of parts is never a problem.
Technicians in Senwes vehicles also
respond in record time.
Herbert’s grandfather was a
Ford dealer years ago and his business, Lategan Ford, was one of the
best Ford sellers in the world. The
business was sold when Grandfather Lategan died at the age of 96
in 2012. “When I arrived everything was blue - now it is green.”
It is evident that changes are
taking place at Esther and Twee
Oewers Farming due to all the
new projects being launched. No
wonder, with the future focus
which they have. Just like Esther
in the Bible - she was chosen to
lead a nation and this farm also
provides guidance when it comes
to farming matters.
