SUSTAINABILITY
MANAGEMENT
MATERIAL ISSUES
Senwes’ material issues are factors that have affected, or that
reasonably have the greatest potential to affect our success.
In determining our material sustainability issues we conduct
surveys amongst customers, suppliers and employees. We also
determine material issues through risk management processes,
strategy review, operational review processes and consultative
engagements with stakeholders. Our material issues also include
factors that stakeholders consider crucial to their concerns and
interests and, most importantly, factors that are important to
Senwes’ sustainability.
CUSTOMERS
The objective is to maintain a strong position in all markets where
Senwes has a presence. However, market share is a specific target
but not at the cost of margin or risk.
