A YEAR OF MEMORABLE REUNIONS
Meeting Old Sennockians is a highly rewarding experience for all teachers , old and young . We are keen to see what has become of the students we have guided during their most formative years .
The reunions were truly memorable . The spectacular venues – the majestic Houses of Parliament ( for the 20 , 25 , 30 and 40 Year Reunion ) and the elegant Lansdowne Club ( for the 5 and 10 Year Reunion ) – put us in the mood for a proper catch-up ( with champagne or wine in hand , I should add !).

The number of OS who came demonstrates the special and enduring attachment they have for Sevenoaks School , not only for their peers but also their former teachers . School reunions can often be seen as a kind of life appraisal event where university paths and professional careers are discussed and dissected , albeit with humour or envy . This is not the case with our amazing OS , whose intention was to have an entertaining trip down memory lane , where anecdotes and fond memories were shared , and reconnections were made whilst enjoying a wonderful dinner .
Spending time with OS is a total privilege , a pure moment of joy , and makes me realise that our Sevenoaks community is indeed special . I look forward to more reunions ; they are always an exhilarating moment for teachers and alumni alike .
