I feel so privileged to have been part of The Wolves . During those couple of months , we truly became a family . From the first rehearsal , I knew that this would be a special experience . Onstage and off , we worked as a team through trying times . I am so proud of our cast and crew for the resilience and creativity with which we approached the production , and how we saw problems as opportunities to create and approach the show in a more inventive way . Having not had an in-person audience , it became clear how strong a relationship the actors and audience have in theatre . Getting to film the production was incredible , and more importantly , it meant that we could still show this piece of work to an audience .

Despite the final product being different from expected , I am very proud of what we achieved . This production was the result of many hours of rehearsal , long nights memorising lines , football coaching , hard work from the cast and our director , Miss Jay , and our combined passion for this story . The Wolves is a raw play filled with unapologetic humour , torments of anger , bursts of joy and moments of deep grief . Throughout the process I fell in love with the characters , their story and the team they build together . I think it is very different to anything I have ever participated in ; it captures humanity with no theatre glazing . Being able to film the story of this team was a great pleasure . It was the first time I have filmed a play without an audience , but I believe that we were able to retain our connection with the viewer . I hope that anyone who watched it could see themselves in our girls .
