OLD SENNOCKIAN EVENTS
The Old Sennockians had a busy events calendar in the autumn and winter , and we expanded networking opportunities for alumni .
We held our flagship event , the OS Annual Dinner , at Skinners ’ Hall ; a beautiful venue which was new to us .
Other firsts were the OS Networking Breakfast on the theme of ‘ working and living in another country ’, led by Emilio Voli ( OS 1983 ) and Calvin Walker ( OS 1981 ), and OS Sports Saturday organised by teacher Sean Holden .
The OS Golf Society held three well-attended golf days : Hever in September , Tandridge in October and Crowborough in July . You can read more in Adam Gilbert ’ s report on the following page .
Our warm thanks go to the alumni who have supported the OS Bursary Fund , and whom we celebrated with drinks in November , as well as to the 30 Old Sennockians who volunteered their time and expertise to students at the Careers Fair in February .
Unfortunately , the pandemic forced us to cancel events planned for the rest of the year , but it was wonderful to see so many of you in the months before . We hope it won ’ t be too long before we can resume a full OS programme and see you again . In the meantime , please check the OS website or social media channels for the latest news .
