Sennaforever LED Light Therapy | Page 8

 There can be different types of  LED lights. Most experts use red light or blue light depending on the issue you are currently facing. For instance, it is better to use blue light if you are more concerned about treating your acne – it works great for moderate acne. However, it is better to use red light if you are interested in treating fine lines, wrinkles, and stretch marks. Not all spas are going to deliver the same results. You should understand that the type of LED machine used at a spa would determine how long it takes to complete a session and what results you get. Some spas use large, more state-of-the-art machines that complete a session in no more than 5 minutes. Some machines may take up to half an hour to cover a complete area. You can also use handheld, at-home LED devices to treat your skin at home, but again, you will have to use these devices for an extended time to see results.
