wardrobe
Think about your spring/summer style when you are picking out items for your shoot. Think light and breezy, easy
colors, comfortable but flattering. You should be able to
pose comfortably - sitting, standing, stretching, etc.The
only people you want to make happy are YOU and your
family. Bring at least 6 tops to mix with 3 or 4 bottoms
(skirts/shorts/capris/jeans) - and a couple of dresses if
that’s your style. Normally we are able to fit in at least
5 looks and sometimes 6. Keep in mind that you’ll be
changing on the beach, in the woods, etc. Wearing a
nude colored tank top or halter top under your wardrobe
can speed up the changing process and get rid of any
straplines. Wearing a swim suit underneath is another option to make changing in public easier but keep in mind
any lines that may show under your clothes.
A short packing list should include:
Clothing:
1 pair of jeans
1 -2 pairs of shorts
1-2 summer skirts
1-2 summer dresses
3-4 summery tops
strapless bra
swimsuit if you wish
Accessories:
earrings
necklaces
bangles/bracelets
headbands
hats
extra hair tie for a quick updo
Shoes are up to you but unless you are an avid shoe lover,
think about lugging them around:
comfortable walking shoes
sandles
A bag for easy carrying. Remember that mom will probably
be carrying most of your stuff so be easy on her. Choose in
advance to make it light.
