This school year has been filled with so many ups and downs, but overall has been very memorable. I started applying to colleges, and got into five different schools and offered a lot of scholarships. I started dating Jordan Lopez, who made my day so much brighter even as I suffered under enormous piles of homework. We went to homecoming together and with our friends, and had a blast. I took four AP classes and added more extracurriculars to my plate. I went on a fun choir trip to Dallas, and auditioned and made pop show. I decided to attend Trinity University in the fall. I graduated number three in my class, had lots of laughter, and only mildly suffered from senioritis. There were some difficult moments too, however. My family had a lot of personal obstacles to face. I didn’t get into all of the schools I applied to. In tennis, my longtime doubles partner, Lindsay Ohnoutka, and I didn’t make it to Regionals in the spring. However, I was always surrounded by tremendous support from my family, friends, and boyfriend. Although my senior year was not perfect, it was made wonderful by the extraordinary people I have in my life.
